POF 2009

The 18th International conference on Plastic Optical Fibers will be held in Sydney, Australia from September 9-11, 2009, with the prestigious Pre-conference Workshops being held September 7-8, 2009.

Sydney is a vibrant backdrop for this exciting conference, and we invite all researchers in the field to join us for these few days of intense collaboration, exciting science - and great social occasions! As with all POF meetings, the Poster Sessions are a vital and stimulating part of proceedings.

To receive notification and updates of the meeting, please register your interest on-line. Early indication of preference for conference and workshop topics will influence the direction of the program. 


PROGRAM

The program is in two related parts - the main POF Scientific Program, held on the Harbour at Cockle Bay, and the Workshop Program held at the University of Sydney.  There are a limited number of places for the pre-conference Workshops. Please submit your application on-line; you will be notified of acceptance by the organisers.
